Location: Multiple positions across Pakistan
Grade: Band-13 / Band-12

Job Responsibilities

Customer Services Officer

• Handling account opening procedures including CDD/AML requirements
• Rectification of audit observations related to assigned tasks
• Processing closure of deposit accounts
• Completing documentation for activation of dormant/unclaimed accounts
• Proper filing, pasting, and maintenance of AOF forms in safe custody
• Updating customer profiles regularly
• Conducting bi-annual internal assessment of top 100 depositors
• Maintaining NADRA log book
• Updating periodic ODD of low/medium/high-risk accounts

Personal Banking Officer

• Achieving monthly private sector deposit targets
• Meeting cross-sales targets (Autos, Mortgages including LCH, Bancatakaful)
• Achieving monthly funded NTBs targets
• Promoting ADCs and digital channels (RDA & Digital Onboarding)
• Generating leads and referrals through effective relationship management
• Ensuring efficient product delivery to customers
• Delivering high-quality services to enhance customer experience
• Activating dormant relationships to increase average deposits

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent degree from HEC recognized local/foreign university
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
• Candidates with one year of relevant experience will be preferred
• Age Limit: Not more than 30 years as on application date
