The Overseas Employment Corporation (OEC), under the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis & Human Resource Development, Government of Pakistan, invites applications from highly qualified, experienced, and motivated Pakistani professionals for various teaching, academic leadership, IT, and administrative positions with a reputed educational institution in Syria.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS & REQUIREMENTS

1. English Language Teacher

2. Chemistry Teacher

3. Physics Teacher

4. Computer Science Teacher

5. Mathematics Teacher

(01 Position for each subject)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject (preferably from an international on-campus university)
• Minimum 5+ years of teaching experience in IGCSE / A-Level (CAIE)
• Proven academic record with GPA 3.5 or above
• Excellent English communication skills (IELTS 7.0+ or equivalent)
• International curriculum certification preferred
• Arabic language skills or willingness to learn within 4 months
• Strong classroom management, IT skills, and differentiated teaching ability
• Male & Female candidates are eligible
• Preferred age: 30–45 years

6. Section Head (Senior)

(01 Position)

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Education or subject specialization from an international university
• CAIE certifications required
• Minimum 5+ years of senior leadership experience in an international school
• Strong academic leadership and management skills
• English proficiency (IELTS 7.5+)
• Male & Female candidates
• Preferred age: 35–50 years

7. Computer Instructor

(01 Position)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience (educational environment preferred)
• Skills in PHP/Python development, Linux, networking (Cisco/MikroTik), CCTV
• Experience with School Management Systems (SMS/LMS)
• Programming expertise in Python, Java, SQL
• Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, and Robotics is an advantage
• Cambridge A-Level teaching experience preferred
• Arabic language preferred
• Male & Female candidates
• Preferred age: 30–45 year

8. Head of DACE

(Academic, Curriculum & Examination)
(01 Position)

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum, or Examinations from a top university
• Minimum 5+ years of curriculum coordination experience (Cambridge or IB)
• In-depth knowledge of CAIE curriculum (all levels)
• Expertise in exam design, assessment systems, and data analysis
• Arabic language preferred
• Male & Female candidates
• Preferred age: 35–50 years

9. Administrative Assistant

(01 Position)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or similar
• Minimum 5+ years of administrative experience (school environment preferred)
• Skills in file handling, inventory control, and purchase management
• High integrity and confidentiality
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus
• Male & Female candidates
• Preferred age: 30–50 years

10. Economics / Business Teacher

(01 Position)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Economics or related discipline
• Minimum 5+ years of teaching/administrative experience (schools preferred)
• Strong command of Microsoft Office
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage
• Male & Female candidates
• Preferred age: 30–45 years

11. Discipline In-Charge

(03 Positions – 01 JCO & 02 NCOs)

Requirements:

• Retired personnel from Pakistan Armed Forces
• Minimum qualification: FA/FSc
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong physical and mental fitness
• Experience in CCTV monitoring, access control, surveillance, and security operations
• Familiarity with emergency response procedures
• Basic English and Arabic knowledge
• Preferred age: 35–50 years
