- Rank on Induction: Flight Lieutenant
- Training Duration: 24 Weeks

Educational Requirements
Candidates must fulfill the following conditions:
- MBBS Degree recognized by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC)
- Minimum First Division or Equivalent Academic Performance
- Completion of One-Year House Job from a PMDC-recognized institution
Applicants possessing relevant professional experience after house job completion will be given preference during the selection process.
Selection Procedure

4. Physical Fitness Test
Candidates must successfully complete the required physical fitness standards established by the Pakistan Air Force.
5. Initial Interview

6. Psychological Evaluation
Candidates who pass the preliminary stages will undergo detailed psychological assessments to determine their suitability for military service.
7. Air Headquarters Selection Board Interview

8. Final Medical Examination
